Mason Endodontics and Microsurgery aims to provide the highest quality endodontic care to patients throughout the greater Cincinnati region. Our technology and specialized equipment allow us to provide our patients with precise, safe, and efficient endodontic treatment.
We use Zeiss microscopes for all procedures.
Dr. Matthew Sullivan uses top of the line Zeiss microscopes for all procedures. Zeiss is well known for having the highest glass quality of any microscope. The advanced technology in the microscopes provide incredible clarity with a bright LED light for optimal visualization of the inside of your tooth. Our microscopes are even connected to a TV to allow us to share our findings in detail with you and allow you to make informed decisions about your care. Check out our office tour for more photos!
3D CBCT imaging is used for more advanced diagnostics and conservative treatment.
At Mason Endodontics and Microsurgery we use the J Morita X800 CBCT. This allows us to take a very focused, high resolution image that minimizes radiation exposure to the patient and gives Dr. Sullivan valuable information to perform the best treatment possible. Dr. Sullivan will review your CBCT image with you in detail to explain any findings and help you make an informed decision on your treatment options.
Dexis digital sensors offer unmatched quality, a comfortable shape, and minimal radiation exposure.
We know that having radiographs taken an be uncomfortable which is why we use the Dexis TI2 sensor that offers rounded corners for a much more comfortable experience. Digital imaging offer a reduction in radiation dosage of approximately 90% in comparison to traditional radiographs. The image quality of these sensors is second to none which allows for the highest quality diagnosis and endodontic treatment.
Dr. Sullivan uses specialized ASI Endodontic Carts for efficient and accurate treatment
We used ASI dental specialties endodontic carts. The carts have monitors attached to them to allow us to easily review your radiographs and images of your tooth with you. The carts have all of our endodontic equipment integrated in one place which allows for more efficient and effective treatment. Our carts are equipped with electric handpieces for a smooth and quiet patient experience.
Belmont patient chairs allow for a comfortable experience
At Mason Endodontics and Microsurgery we use Belmont patient chairs in all of our treatment rooms. The chairs are covered in ultraleather for a luxurious feel. Thick padding and a highly adjustable head rest ensure that we can get you into a comfortable position during treatment. We have neck pillows and blankets available to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during treatment.
We offer nitrous oxide, commonly known as laughing gas, to help you relax during your treatment. Our Accutron nitrous & oxygen delivery system ensures patient safety.
We take infection control very seriously at Mason Endodontics and Microsurgery. We use only the highest quality sterilization equipment and follow meticulous guidelines to ensure the highest level of patient safety.
