Meet Cincinnati Endodontist: Dr. Matt Sullivan

Matthew Sullivan, DDS, MSD

Dr. Sullivan was born and raised in Fairland, Indiana, a small town between Indianapolis and Cincinnati.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis prior to attending Indiana University School of Dentistry.  Dr. Sullivan then practiced as a general dentist for five years in Greensburg, Indiana and Noblesville, Indiana before returning to Saint Louis University for completion of a two-year Endodontic residency.  He completed his Master’s thesis research on the proximity of the mandibular molar root apices to the mandibular canal in a pediatric population using cone-beam computed tomography. He has practiced as an endodontist in Cincinnati since 2022. Dr. Sullivan’s favorite part of being an endodontist is being able to relieve his patient’s dental pain while saving their natural teeth.

Dr. Sullivan and his wife Alicia are excited to call Cincinnati home.  They have three young children that keep them very busy.  In his free time, Dr. Sullivan enjoys hanging out with his family, coaching his son in football and wrestling, watching sports, and spending time outdoors. Dr. Sullivan’s favorite vacation spot is Arizona where his family loves to go hiking and exploring the mountains.
