Dental Insurance & Office Policy

  • Dental Insurance
Our team is trained to help you maximize your insurance benefits and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. We ask that you please bring your dental insurance card with you to your first appointment as well as your drivers license. We will verify your insurance and submit the information accurately to your insurance company.
  • Ultimately, dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. Your assistance may be required to get all insurance reimbursement you are entitled to. Insurance verifications are not a guarantee of payment by your insurance company. Unfortunately, many times insurance companies will not disclose to our office how their reimbursements are calculated and different limitations of each particular policy. Rest assured, we will do our very best to help you fully utilize your insurance benefits. If you have any questions at all, please contact us at 513-848-0950.
  • Financial and Payment Policy
Our fees are established based on the type of tooth that needs treatment, necessary radiographs, endodontic treatment required, and any restorative treatment requested by your general dentist. At your initial appointment, we will provide a breakdown of our fees and how much your insurance is estimated to cover. While we do our very best to give an accurate estimate of what your insurance will pay, you are ultimately responsible for any balance remaining after insurance pays. If your insurance pays more than anticipated, you will promptly receive a refund for the amount overpaid.
  • Our office policy is that the patient’s estimated copayment be made in full at the time services are rendered. For your convenience, we are happy to accept cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. In an aim to make your treatment as affordable as possible, we also offer financing through Care Credit with 0% interest for 6 months which allows treatment to be received with no initial out of pocket cost to you.
